My company has been searching for trade show booths for a few months so we can be ready to attend some upcoming shows this fall. In my search I came across a company called Camelback Displays.
Camelback Displays has a huge selection of trade show booths, table skirts, banner stands, pipe and drape and much more. The banner stands come in a variety of options such as retractable, motorized and specialty stands. The pipe and drapes come in four different styles to choose from as well.
Just in case you are looking for trade show booth materials, give Camelback Displays a look. And remember, setting up a trade-show display can be a difficult task and an expensive one if you are not well-prepared. Camelback will be there to help support you with all of your needs from design to delivery!

If you are like us and in need of a new mailbox check out the selection over on Mailboxixchange.com . They have a huge catalog of high quality residential mailboxes . Pretty much anything you can think of in terms of style, color, etc.
As I said above, we are considering replacing our old, beat up, wooden mailbox with one with a little more style. One of the mailboxes we particularly liked was this one, a white Gaines Original Keystone box . I love the look of the mailbox and since it’s a mandatory law in our county to display our address, that is easily readable in the event of an emergency–having the address numbers on the Gaines keysone box is a good solution for us! We therefore do not have to purchase an address plaque.
Mailboxixchange also has an affiliate program as well. Participants are paid $20.00 for signing up. Learn more about the affiliate program or check out the catalog of mailboxes and other products .

Here’s a little cross promotion on my part but I hope you will visit some of my other blogs!
Do you enjoy to cook? Do you need help making great meals for dinner parties? My wife and I began a site a year ago called Cooking Up Friends that first started out to promote fast, simple dishes for the working parents. I quickly turned into something more and now we’re adding recipes to the blog every month. If you have a great recipe and would like to share it please visit the Cooking Up Friends blog and contact me from that site! Thanks.
Hey parents! Another blog site I run is called Daddy’s Toolbox where I write posts about my experiences with raising my two children, 3yr and 1 yr old. It’s fun, it’s entertaining and hopefully you’ll get some much needed stress relief yourself by reading the blog. It’s a good way for me to release some of the stress I have when kids are whining, sick, or having a meltdown. Go visit DaddysToolbox.com

Well if you are reading this post maybe you stumbled onto it from a Google search or other search engine, but the end result is these annoying phone calls!
The little bit about this phone number that I am aware of:
- originates from Hamilton, OH (suburb of Cincinnati)
- sometimes no one on the phone, hangs up or dead air
- sometimes people say they are from various radio stations or surveys
- usually rude (well I guess you’d have to be since you’re calling people every night!)
- i don’t think they are breaking the Do Not Call law since they aren’t really telemarketers, at least that is what I’ve been reading about. To me, ANYONE that calls me at home or cell that I don’t know or am associated with is a telemarketer.
Anyway I am receiving these calls every night for the past two weeks, usually anywhere from 6pm to 8pm or so. I’ve gotten to the point where I no longer answer the phone — and it’s my cellphone!! The best thing about it going to my cell is that I now added the number to my contact list and can tell when these scammers are calling me. So if you have a cell phone here’s a little trick I just did to not get interrupted by the ring (Song) on my cell.
Here’s what I did:
- don’t answer the call
- Store/Save the number, 513-531-3690 (or manually enter it now!) in your contact list
- set the name to 513 Scam Don’t Answer
- also set the ringer to SILENT (can’t answer what you can’t hear!)
- you may have to clear the “missed calls” from your phone, but I do that anyway
Here are some links to sites with more information and comments from the rest of the folks that are just as annoyed as you and I!

Thank you Crutchfield!!
Here is a letter I wrote to Crutchfield.com regarding probably my BEST online shopping experience ever!
I have got to give you guys credit where credit is deserved! Since placing my order on October 16th, I have had the best experience with an online purchase, EVER! It all started when a nice lady from your customer service department called me within minutes of me placing my order. She called to remind me that I had a $20 credit to use and asked if I wanted to apply it to my order. Heck yeah! First thumbs up to you guys!
Ok, I had some problems getting my factory receiver out of my 2003 Ford Escape, called into tech support and the guy was helpful, I would say he did give me a few pointers and tricks on how to remove the receiver. I had been struggling for an hour! I finally removed the receiver with a little “force” and “prying”, who cares, I wasn’t going to use the old receiver, it’s still works however!
Ok and then this evening I chatted online with Gwen and explained how when i ordered the receiver I didn’t think my Escape had the MACH stereo in it. (thinking back to when we bought the Escape, “why would my wife allow me to get the better receiver! haha) Well she did! So when I installed the JVC receiver and the wiring harness that was sent with my original order I had a few connections not connected and the sounds of the receiver is good, but NOT great and sometimes not as good as the factory model. So I figured out I needed a different harness. Gwen was going to send that out to me asap! Double thumbs up!
anyway, give your support team a pat on the back and all around the Crutchfield company. You guys have my business!
Anyway if you are in the market for any electronics, whether home audio/video or car receivers and accessories, don’t think, just type www.crutchfield.com into your browsers address bar and you’ll receive great electronics at a great price with the greatest customer support out there! One thing, if you do decide to buy here is an incentive for you and to help me out.
You will get $20 off your first order if you use my referral code: pub2f-67729-7ej42) [hmm, not sure if the referral code requires that ending ) but give it a try] Thanks!

Well whatta ya know? Google announced a week or so ago that they are now offering free information calls, that’s right, instead of directory assistance fees on your home or cell phone, Google’s service is F-R-E-E!
It’s pretty simple and fun to use! Of course if you don’t like FULLY automated voice response systems you won’t like this service. So here’s how it works:
- You’re at home, work, the car and you’re getting hungry
- You decide pizza is a good idea to satisfy your appetite
- Grab your phone and dial, 1-800-GOOG-411 (1-800-4664-411) and you’ll be connected to Google’s 411 directory.
- You’ll be prompted for “What City and State?”
- Ok, speak clearly as the first time I did this I mumbled Pennsylvania and the lookup failed. So I said, Exton, Pennsylvania
- Say the name or business type you are interested in
- “PIZZA!!!”
- Google’s search will read off the top 8 or so results found, how cool is that!?
- Once you hear the name you want just say “number 3″ for the third listing.
- Voila! You’re then whisked away through the magic of the Google to that business.
Hmmm, so now is Google tracking who’s calling what number? Like are they Caller ID’ing my phone number when I dial their service and then see what I’m searching on? Not like this would be a first for them.
Check out Google’s 411 page.
Oh and while on this topic, just a reminder that you can SMS/text message GOOGL (46645) from your mobile phone and then get local listings, weather, sports, definitions, flight info, maps, and a whole lot more. Here is a link to GoogleSMS.

WOW! What a show of force and determination on the part of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF)! Crap. When then say they are going to “go all the way” to stop drug smugglers I guess they mean it!
This could probably curb some of the of drug smuggling into the USA, agree?!
Saw this on LiveLeak.com “Royal Austrlian Air Force F1-11 sinks North Korean Drug Ship“
After being caught trying to smuggle drugs into Australia the Pong Su was sunk by two 2000-pound (900 kg) laser-guided bombs dropped from an RAAF F-111 aircraft. The deliberate destruction of the freighter was said to deliver a strong message to international drug smuggling rings that the Australian Federal Government would take all measures necessary to stop illegal drug importation.
