Maximum Energy in 10 Simple Steps
December 28, 2007I am finding myself very sluggish lately. Maybe it’s from being home for a week (Christmas vacation)? Maybe it’s my lack of exercise…yeah, that is probably it. However, I do find that when I take 4-5 really deep breaths I become more alert almost immediately.
